LuxMist Refund and Returns Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Used or damaged items not caused by shipping
Process
- Contact our support team at [support@luxmist.com] to initiate a return.
- We’ll provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
Refunds
- Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order included free shipping, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
